Players that are looking for a little basketball on either the PS4 or Xbox One do not have to wait until the release of NBA 2K17. The guys over at 2K Sports where kind enough to release a free basketball game called NBA 2K17: The Prelude. Players can get this title by downloading the game from either online store. Check out some of the gameplay from the tutorial below.

The Prelude will allow payers to make a custom player earlier then they usually get to. This game will start players off in college. Player will pick from ten different colleges to start playing basketball. Any progress made while playing in NBA 2K17: The Prelude will continue over to the actual NBA 2K17 release. Now ThePrelude actually is free to play. This little game does not cost the player a dime. For those players like me that gives us a great opportunity to either grab some more trophies or boost your gamerscore. This is one of the easiest ways this year that you will be able to accomplish that. Check these links to see the Trophies or Achievements depending on which console you download it to.

NBA 2K17 will be released on September 20th for the Xbox One, PS4,PS3,Xbox 360, and PC. The game will come as NBA 2K17 Early Tip-Off Edition for $59.99 or the Kobe Bryant Legend Edition for $99.99. Tell TiCGN what is your favorite part from the last game NBA 2K16 in the comment section below. Also look for our review of 2K17 later in the month.
