Microsoft released the virtual Hololens Unboxing video, going through everything that you can expect to see when you open up the beautifully designed packaging for the groundbreaking $3000 Development Kit.
Hololens officially shipped to Developers this month after Microsoft announced it at their Build 2016 conference. Companies such as Nasa and Volvo amongst others will use the headmounted Holographic computer to change the way they sell products and services to consumers going forward.
Microsoft haven’t made available information on the consumer version of the device, however they did say that the consumer version will become available within the Windows 10 Lifecycle, which could mean either tomorrow or 10 years from now. Hololens is currently only available to Developers and Enterprise customers.
