Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for the latest entry in the Digimon series, Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth Hackers Memory. Check out the video below.
Bandai Namco describes the game as:
Set in the near future, the line between the real and digital worlds is blurred and logging into cyberspace is a part of everyday life. In the shadows lurk hackers utilizing computer viruses called Digimon to commit mischief and crimes.
Framed and accused of wrongdoings, Keisuke Amazawa has no choice but to dive into the digital world to not only clear his name and prove his innocence, but to protect his loved ones.

Featuring more than 320 Digimon from the animated series!
Scan, raise, train and battle Digimon in classic turn-based gameplay!
The game will also feature over 320 Digimon which players can scan train, evolve, and battle online. There will also be various game modes such as Rank Battles, Event Battles, and Free Rule Battles.
There will also be a new battle system called the Territory Battle Quest. Here is Bandai Namco’s description:
The Territory Battle Quest system enables players to recruit characters to fight against hackers in unique battles with the goal of gaining more territorial control over the Digital World. Players must defeat enemy team leaders to secure their place in the Digital World. The Territory Battle Quest system also offers players the opportunity to interact with their team members and raise friendship levels in order to unlock special items and additional story elements.
Pre-order now to receive four Digimon: Omnimon NX, Sistermon Ciel and Blanc, Leopardmon NX, and Crusadermon NX. Additionally, those who pre-order will get four exclusive costumes: V. Uchida Costume, Summer Camp T-Shirt, Beelzebumon Emblem T-Shirt, and Inoden School Attire.
The game is set to release January 19th for the PS4 and PSVita.
