Liam Robertson is also suggesting via Twitter that the game may have been canceled.
Bad news. I'm hearing that @Scalebound is in trouble, possibly cancelled. Just rumours for now, but we'll see.

The rumor is supported by the fact that we have literally seen nothing regarding Scalebound in several months and Microsoft has quietly removed the game’s page from the Xbox website.
Microsoft has not confirmed or denied the possible cancelation of Scalebound. ““We’ll have more to share on ‘Scalebound’ soon,” Microsoft wrote in a statement to Kotaku.
Scalebound was announced in 2014. Developed by Platinum Games and overseen by Hideki Kamiya, the game would have been a multiplayer action title in a fantasy world.
We’ll have more news regarding Scalebound as it becomes available.
